Qualifications

Senior Family Lawyer

- Have a minimum of 7–10 years of experience in family law;
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service and high professional standards;
- Possess proven business development skills and a portable book of business;
- Have experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution (solid asset);
- Be bilingual (English/French) (strong asset).

Junior Family Lawyer

- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in family law;
- Demonstrate strong analytical, advocacy, and client-service skills;
- Exhibit a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment;
- Have exposure to mediation or alternative dispute resolution (asset);
