The Opportunity
We are seeking Family Medicine Physicians to join our teams across Newfoundland and Labrador. This is your chance to build a diverse, meaningful, and flexible practice tailored to the needs of the community you serve,

- Hold a Medical Degree (MD)
- Be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador (CPSNL)
- Satisfy credentialing requirements of NL Health Services, including a satisfactory criminal record check and vulnerable sector check
- Demonstrate a strong record of professionalism, collaboration, and patient care
International applicants are welcome! Expedited licensure pathways may be available for individuals who have completed their postgraduate training program in the United States and hold current American Board Certification in their respective discipline.
New licensure pathways are available for physicians trained in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Compensation and Benefits
Remuneration is competitive and in accordance with the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association (NLMA) Memorandum of Agreement and MCP Fee Schedule.
We offer adaptable compensation models, including salaried and fee-for-service, and mixed compensation options.
For Salaried Physicians
- Competitive salary based on years of clinical experience
- On-call compensation is billable to provincial MCP
- 20 days of annual leave
- Nine paid statutory holidays
