Located along Ontario’s beautiful Bluewater coast, the GBACHC provides comprehensive, team-based care to diverse populations across Grand Bend, Hensall, and surrounding communities.

As a family physician at the GBACHC, you will work in a collaborative model alongside nurse practitioners, registered practical nurses, dietitians, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, health promoters, and other inter-health professionals.

Physicians at the GBACHC play a key role in:

- Providing comprehensive, evidence-based and holistic primary healthcare, following the Health Disciplines Act of Ontario, the CPSO practice standards, and Community Health Centre (CHC) guidelines.
- Supporting chronic disease management, preventative care, and health promotion initiatives.
- Participating in interprofessional case conferencing and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation and Advantages The GBACHC offers a competitive compensation package of $331,974.45 gross annual salary,
