- The candidate must organize tasks to complete the work.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
- The candidate must ensure that farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing growing and other crop-related operations.
- The candidate must perform general farm duties.
- The candidate will be responsible for scheduling staff.
- The candidate must maintain farm machinery,



equipment, and buildings.
- The candidate must organize and maintaininventory.
- The candidate must developand implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.

Job Requirements

- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
- The type of farm operation is grain, oil, and forage crop production.

- The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
