About the Role

True Talent Solutions Inc. is hiring Outdoor Sales Associates across Ottawa. You'll visit businesses from your assigned territory to sell app-based ordering and delivery solutions directly to owners and managers — face-to-face, relationship-based selling, not cold calling. This role requires daily driving between locations, so a valid driver's licence and your own vehicle are essential.

Guaranteed base pay of $25/hr or commission, so your floor is guaranteed and upside is uncapped. Full paid training provided; no industry experience required.

What You'll Do





- Visit businesses on your territory list and build client relationships
- Present and demo products to owners/decision-makers
- Follow up to close opportunities and manage your own daily route
- Log visits and maintain activity records

What We're Looking For

- Valid Ontario G driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle — required
- Comfortable approaching business owners face-to-face; solid communicator
- B2B or outside sales experience an asset, not required — recent grads welcome
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation & Schedule

- $25/hr base (biweekly) + uncapped commission
- 7-hour shifts, Mon–Fri, generally 10:00 AM–5:30 PM (some Tue–Sat, downtown 1–8 PM)
- Paid on-boarding, shadowing, then independent work
