ViaQuest is a leading provider of behavioral health services, delivering clinical care through a network of over 800 clinicians across hundreds of locations. The company partners with skilled nursing facilities to provide in office behavioral health services, billing Medicare and Medicaid directly on behalf of the clinicians it places.

ViaQuest is backed by an experienced private equity sponsor that is committed to investing in the right leadership and infrastructure to support the next phase of growth.

ViaQuest is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance organization for its behavioral health division. The company is investing in a new finance infrastructure, and the CFO will have the mandate and authority to construct the team, systems, and processes needed to support a $100 million and growing healthcare services platform.

This is not a maintenance role. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, the private equity sponsor, and operational leadership to drive financial performance,



enable strategic transactions, and position the company for long‑term value creation.

Finance Organization & Infrastructure Build, lead, and develop the finance team across accounting, FP&A;, and revenue cycle management

Establish robust controls, financial policies, and reporting processes

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team

Deliver data-driven insights for decision-making and growth planning

Create actionable dashboards and performance metrics for operational leaders

Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with operations to connect financials to clinical and service outcomes

Provide financial education, accountability tools, and performance analysis to operational leaders

Prepare the finance function for capital events (recapitalizations, strategic transactions)

Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and data room readiness

10+ years of progressive financial leadership in healthcare services or complex multi-site organizations

Prior CFO title required at a healthcare services or multi-site organization with P&L; ownership over $75M+

Proven experience building or rebuilding finance functions (team restructuring, controls, processes)

Experience in private equity/institutional settings, including lender management and board reporting

Strong technical accounting; Location & Travel Long‑term: ~50% presence in Columbus

Competitive executive compensation: base salary, annual bonus (25–50% of base), and long-term incentive tied to value creation
