About the Role The Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic finance and operations partner, directly supporting leadership and Regional Operating Managers through continuous performance analysis, KPI monitoring, and real-time operational insight.

The successful candidate will be expected to move beyond traditional reporting by developing analytics which proactively identifies sales opportunities, operational inefficiencies, labor productivity trends, and performance gaps across the organization in real-time.

The ideal candidate possesses strong financial acumen, exceptional Excel proficiency, and the ability to translate complex operational data into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership teams. This candidate has strong communication and team skills to maintain dialog with both leadership and regional operating managers. This position will report directly to the VP of Finance.

Core Responsibilities

Financial & Sales Performance Analysis

Continuously analyze sales performance, car count trends, product mix, gross profit drivers, and operational KPIs across all locations

Identify revenue opportunities, sales deficiencies, and operational performance gaps in real time

Provide data-driven recommendations regarding product mix,



sales strategy, and labor deployment

Support pricing strategy analysis and revenue optimization initiatives Operational Finance Partnership

Develop strong communication with Regional Operating Managers and operational leadership teams

Support field leadership in understanding key business drivers and operational performance indicators

Develop a performance-oriented culture centered around accountability, visibility, and measurable KPIs Reporting, Modeling & Business Intelligence

Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based analytical models and operational reporting tools

Build scalable dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions

Contribute to the enhancement of reporting automation and KPI standardization across the organization Strategic & Corporate Finance Support

Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning initiatives

Participate in acquisition integration analytics and post-acquisition performance monitoring

Support working capital, inventory, and operational efficiency initiatives

Assist leadership with ad hoc strategic analysis and executive reporting requirements Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline

2–5 years of experience in:

Financial Analysis

FP&A;

Operational Finance

Business Intelligence

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

Robust analytical and financial modeling capabilities





Ability to interpret operational data and communicate insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, high-growth environment Preferred Qualifications

Experience within multi-location, retail, franchise, automotive, or service-based organizations

Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or dashboard automation tools What Success Looks Like
