We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting key operational functions across Fee-Based Account Fees, Unified Managed Accounts (UMA), Client Administration Fees (CAF), operational controls, reporting, and advisor compensation processes.

This role will join the Financial Operation team within Aligned Capital Partners Inc. (ACPI, a member of CI Financial).

The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient execution of daily operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, enhance reporting, and support strategic business initiatives. This position offers exposure to a broad range of operational activities within a dynamic wealth management workplace and is ideal for individuals looking to develop subject matter expertise and advance their careers in Financial Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Support the administration of fee-based account fees, including onboarding, maintenance, billing,



reporting, and account fee processing.
- Administer and reconcile UMA fees and related operational activities.
- Support CAF administration, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Execute and monitor key audit and operational controls to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Process advisor tickets and inquiries submitted through the Wealth Platform in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Investigate and respond to inquiries within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
- Review the debit balances originating from the fee runs and assist in resolution as per business rules.
- Perform reconciliations, quality assurance reviews, and exception management activities.
- Prepare, review, and distribute operational reports and dashboards.
