Drive financial accuracy as a Financial Reporting Accountant with Pembina Pipeline Corporation in Calgary. This role emphasizes compliance with accounting standards and timely financial reporting. In the Financial Services division, this position reports to the Manager, Financial Reporting.
Key duties include preparing consolidated financial statements, adhering to accounting policies, and ensuring SAP FI/CO data integrity. You will support internal and external reporting while collaborating across departments to meet financial objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Support safety culture with “Zero by Choice” initiatives
- Conduct internal monthly scorecard and quarterly reporting tasks
- Utilize SAP and financial reporting tools effectively
- Prepare balance sheet and cash flow statements each month
- Facilitate quarterly financial statement processes and tie-outs Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance with CPA
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Familiarity with SAP, BPC, and similar financial tools
- Knowledge of IFRS financial reporting issues
