Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple legal entities, with a focus on consolidation, close processes, and reporting execution. Prepare working papers, reconciliations, journal entries, consolidation and reporting schedules. Assist in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial results across all legal entities.

Management

Reporting & Performance Insights Support financial variance commentary related to accounting movements (e.g. timing differences, accruals, reclassifications). Prepare consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, and multi-entity reconciliations. Perform intercompany reconciliations and investigate variances.

Support group reporting requirements under IFRS and German GAAP (HGB) frameworks. Ensure consistency in reporting across entities, products, and accounting frameworks. Audit, Compliance & Internal Countrols Prepare audit working papers, documentation, supporting analyses, and responses to audit queries.

Assist in responding to audit requests and queries. Ensure compliance with internal controls and strengthen financial governance processes. Serve as key point of contact for internal and external auditors on IFRS 17 matters.

Collaborate with finance, operations, and other internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reporting inputs. Identify and resolve discrepancies between operational and financial data.

Process

Improvement & Automation Support system enhancements and data quality initiatives tied to reporting, including alignment across IFRS,



HGB, and Canadian GAAP requirements. University degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or consolidation in finance roles. CPA (or equivalent international accounting) designation or progress towards CPA is preferred.

Strong experience in multi-entity consolidation with German GAAP (HGB) is considered a strong asset Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools is required. Proficiency in SAP is considered a strong asset.
