A typical path looks like this

- Get licensed. Complete your provincial licensing course and exam with a clear roadmap, study support, and mentors who've passed it themselves.
- Start meeting families. Sit down with individuals and families, understand their goals, and help build their financial plans, with your mentor guiding every step.




- Grow your practice. Build your own client base and develop leadership skills, with a defined path to running and mentoring a team of your own.

This is a performance-based opportunity: 100% commission, no base salary, and no cap on earnings. You're paid when the clients you serve put solutions in place. Because income builds over time, we actually recommend starting part-time alongside school or work while you gain momentum. People who thrive here like being rewarded for results, not hours.
