community-focused environment. JOB PURPOSE Join The York School's collaborative Finance team and help strengthen the financial operations that support our school community. Reporting to the Director, Finance, the Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the School's accounting operations through financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, tax compliance, and audit preparation. The role serves as a senior technical accounting resource within the Finance team while providing operational support across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable during peak periods. Working collaboratively across the School, the Senior Accountant contributes to accurate financial reporting, continuous process improvement, and the long-term financial sustainability of The York School.
