In this role, you will report to the Director, Solutions Engineering and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on understanding the technical business needs of our Enterprise customers and prospects.WHAT YOU’LL DOYou will partner with the regionally-based sales director to develop a strong working relationship with the account teams in the Western Canada region. You will thrive as a technical leader of the team, not only in performing team leadership but also by getting your hands into technology. You will be the trusted advisor for your customers on all things related to cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. We are passionate about technical sales and helping our customers achieve maximum value from our solution, starting with a team effort working closely with all Wiz resources.Leadership and management of a team of Solutions Engineers focused on Enterprise/Majors accounts in the Western Canada regionRecruit, retain, develop and coach a regionally-focused team of skilled SEsPartner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiencyDrive team accountability for deal management in SalesforceWHAT YOU’LL BRINGCloud security experienceAWS, Azure, GCP hands‑on experienceNetwork engineering experience/backgroundStrong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines,

Our Talent Partner will share the specific salary range during the hiring process.This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $203,000 - $251,300 CAD.Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.
