QNX is seeking a Technical Open Source Development Manager to drive open-source strategy within a safety-critical RTOS workplace. The role combines deep technical work with leadership, split 50/50 between hands-on contributions and guiding a team. You will port and optimize OSS for the QNX RTOS, design integration layers and CI/CD workflows, upstream changes, mentor engineers, and influence roadmaps while ensuring governance and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
