- Drive sales by coaching staff with StoreForce data
- Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor
- Educate customers on Lush brand values and products
- Train and develop Sales Ambassadors in effective techniques
- Manage cash handling and ensure store compliance Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales
- Experience in cash handling and supervisory roles
- Strong problem-solving abilities in customer service
- Knowledge of skincare and ethical business practices
