Nations communities in achieving sustainable governance through expert guidance and resources. In this role, you will support clients working under the Financial Administration Law and lead initiatives toward FMS certification.

Your responsibilities will include developing training resources, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to implement effective capacity building strategies tailored for First Nations. Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate relationships with FAL clients for trust
- Facilitate and educate clients toward FMS certification
- Create internal control tools and training materials
- Represent FMB at key national and regional conferences
- Provide follow-up support after FMS certification Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- At least five years of pertinent experience
- English fluency required; French is a plus
- Understanding of First Nations governance structures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Contribute to transformative support for First Nations financial practices and governance with your expertise and leadership.
