What You'll Do

- Lead daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on approach.
- Coach, develop, and inspire servers, bartenders, hosts, and supervisors.
- Ensure every guest receives genuine East Coast hospitality.
- Execute company service standards and operational routines.
- Manage labour, scheduling, and daily staffing to meet business goals.
- Drive sales through team coaching and guest engagement.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain high standards throughout every service.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Work closely with the kitchen leadership team to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a culture of accountability.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
- Leads by example and enjoys being on the floor during peak periods.




- Is passionate about coaching and developing others.
- Has strong organizational and communication skills.
- Thrives in high-volume environments.
- Is comfortable making decisions under pressure.
- Understands labour management, scheduling, and financial performance.
