Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant/bar, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations





- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Address customers' complaints or concerns

- Provide customer service
- Recruit, train and supervise staff

- Work Term: Permanent

- Work Language: English
- Hours: 20-40 (depending on your availability)

Qualifications
- Previous experience in service industry preffered
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
