Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences through excellent service, food handling, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and process transactions with cash handling proficiency.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer needs, upselling menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tables, and service stations according to health regulations.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables during busy hours while ensuring quality service.
- Handle cashier duties including basic math for billing, processing payments, and giving correct change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and proper food presentation.




- Uphold restaurant policies on sanitation, safety, and guest interaction protocols.

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cashiering and billing processes.
- Knowledge of food industry standards, serving etiquette, and hospitality principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required.
