Job Overview





Production Workers are at the heart of what we do. You will work on our processing lines, helping to prepare and package the premium meat products.

Responsibilities

- Work on meat processing and packaging lines
- Prepare meat products according to quality and food safety standards
- Follow all production procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Support other production team members as needed

Skills

- Reliable and hardworking — shows up and gives it their best
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
- Able to work in a fast-paced production workplace
- Farming, hunting, or kitchen experience is an asset — not required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required

Training provided if needed Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
