Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Service Supervisor located in Saskatoon, SK.

The Food Service

Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and operational standards.



The role also involves addressing customer concerns, implementing company policies, and fostering a team-oriented workplace culture.

Qualifications

Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, problem resolution, and staff motivation

Experience in Food Preparation and Food Service, with a solid understanding of food safety procedures

Strong Communication skills to engage with staff and customers effectively

Knowledge or experience in the Food & Beverage sector

Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business management is an asset

Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
