Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Fast Food Workers to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing food, operating the POS system, and delivering excellent service in a rapid-paced environment. Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate Micros POS system efficiently for order processing and cashiering
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide change as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen, and dining areas
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist customers with menu selections, upselling additional items to enhance their experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation




- Support team members in completing daily tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills

- Experience in food preparation and food service preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and inventory management
- Previous restaurant or fast-food experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
