You will lead and supervise maintenance crews while managing schedules and tasks related to both landscaping and snow removal. Exceptional organization and a strong work ethic are key as you ensure project quality and safety across Edmonton and neighboring areas. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead landscape maintenance teams of 3 – 4 members
- Organize and direct snow removal during winter periods
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and documentation accuracy
- Perform site inspections for compliance and safety
- Assist with physical landscaping tasks when required Requirements:
- Over 5 years of supervisory landscape maintenance experience
- Clean Class 5 driver’s license is mandatory
- Proficient in operating skid steer and maintenance equipment
- Must be able to work long hours and in diverse weather
