Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of complex hospital and healthcare construction projects . This role is ideal for someone with strong scheduling expertise, strong construction sequencing knowledge, and experience working on large, multi-phase projects in live or highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules
- Support hospital construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and trade partners
- Track progress, identify delays, and provide schedule recovery recommendations
- Prepare schedule reports, lookaheads, critical path analysis, and progress updates
- Manage project milestones, phasing, procurement,



and commissioning timelines

Ideal Candidate

- 7+ years of construction scheduling experience
- Strong background on hospital, healthcare, institutional, or complex ICI projects
- Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, phasing, and critical path management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
