We are looking for a proven growth leader who thrives on creating commercial opportunities, expanding strategic relationships, and delivering outsized revenue growth.As VP, Account Growth, you will own expansion revenue across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in Canada and the U.S.. This is a frontline growth role for a commercially driven leader who sees every client relationship as an opportunity to deepen partnerships, unlock new business challenges, and create transformational growth opportunities.You will lead from the front in high-stakes client engagements, shape strategic growth agendas with senior executives, and drive significant account expansion through consultative selling, innovation, and relentless execution.We are looking for a hunter within existing accounts - someone who can identify whitespace opportunities, challenge client thinking, build executive sponsorship, and consistently convert opportunity into revenue.As we continue building a differentiated AI-led value creation model, this role will play a critical part in accelerating growth across some of iQuanti's most important client relationships.What You'll Be DoingStrategic Account Growth & Revenue ExpansionOwn and deliver ambitious revenue growth targets across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.Build and execute account growth strategies that drive significant expansion in wallet share, stakeholder influence, and commercial impact.Identify, create, and pursue high-value opportunities across services, channels, analytics, AI, technology, and consulting offerings.Drive account-based expansion by uncovering unmet client needs and translating them into scalable growth opportunities.Maintain relentless focus on pipeline quality, prospect velocity, revenue attainment, and account profitability.Executive Relationship LeadershipBuild trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders,



including C‑suite and executive decision‑makers.Establish iQuanti as a strategic growth partner by aligning our capabilities to clients' most critical business priorities.Lead executive business reviews, growth planning discussions, and strategic partnership conversations.Expand influence across client organizations by developing multi‑threaded relationships and identifying new centers of opportunity.Lead the strategy behind complex expansion pursuits, commercial negotiations, renewals, and large‑scale account growth initiatives.Shape compelling growth narratives that integrate iQuanti's AI‑led platforms, proprietary capabilities, and differentiated expertise.Design innovative, outcome‑driven commercial solutions that challenge traditional agency approaches.Partner with internal teams to develop and execute winning growth strategies in highly competitive environments.Opportunity Development & SolutioningCollaborate with strategy, analytics, media, SEO, content, and technology teams to identify and develop expansion opportunities.Bring together multidisciplinary teams to create compelling, client‑centric solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.Feed real‑time market intelligence, client insights, and competitive intelligence into solution development and growth planning.Ensure seamless execution from opportunity identification through commercial closure and delivery alignment.Operate as a senior commercial leader within the Account Growth organization.Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, curiosity,



and commercial excellence.Partner closely with delivery and functional leaders to maximize client impact and long‑term account value.Champion a growth mindset across teams and continuously raise the bar for performance and client outcomes.Your Expertise12+ years of experience in enterprise account growth, strategic sales, client leadership, consulting, or business development roles.Proven track record of consistently delivering significant revenue growth within large, complex enterprise accounts.Demonstrated success identifying, shaping, and closing multi‑million‑dollar expansion opportunities.Strong commercial instincts with deep expertise in consultative selling, executive relationship management, and strategic account planning.Experience navigating complex buying environments and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, technology, AI‑led solutions, or business transformation services.Executive presence to influence C‑suite stakeholders and build long‑term strategic partnerships.Thrives in high‑growth, build‑mode environments where outcomes, accountability, and winning matter.Who You AreHighly driven, competitive, and motivated by growth, impact, and winning.A natural prospect creator who consistently identifies growth potential where others see business as usual.Commercially aggressive yet highly consultative in your approach.Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating momentum where none exists.Equally skilled at building trusted relationships and driving challenging commercial conversations.Energized by ambitious targets, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.Passionate about helping clients unlock growth through innovation, analytics, technology, and AI.Compensation: The target base pay for this role is CAD 210k. A higher number will be considered for individuals based on relevant skills and experience, and the depth of domain expertise.
