About The Role:

This role, reporting directly to the Packaging Manager, is a key function within our production team supporting both logistics and packaging teams. This role is permanent and full-time and offers a competitive hourly compensation based on experience, company health benefits and team profit sharing.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Operating the forklift safely and in accordance with company policy
- Ensuring the forklift meets its certification requirements




- Handle all loading and unloading of goods at our brewery location
- Palletizing goods as needed
- Keeping the storage areas organized
- When needed, work on the packaging line to help pack-off of finished product
- GMP & Storage Hygiene: Maintain strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in all storage areas per company policy.
- Allergen Segregation: Strictly adhere to the facility’s allergen map.
- First-In, First-Out (FIFO): Follow stock rotation protocols (FIFO/FEFO) using lot numbers and production dates
- Damage Control: Immediately report and isolate any punctured, leaking, or damaged raw materials or finished goods according to the facility's damage/hold policy
- Inbound Inspections: Inspect all incoming shipments

Qualifications

- Forklift license
- Experience with Toyota counterbalance forklifts and walkie preferred
- Secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline or equivalent experience
