Company Description Codexa is building an agent-first CRM. AI agents that run the revenue operation itself, replacing traditional SDR/AE workflows. We've stabilized our client base and current environment, and we're aggressively growing the team to keep building.

We're looking for a founding engineer to add to the team, working directly with our CPO/CTO and engineering team to help take this from a working system into a scalable product. This is an high-upside chance, compensation structure and role details are best discussed directly. Stack

Node.js, event-driven services

PostgreSQL, plus vector storage for AI memory and retrieval

BullMQ for background processing, scheduled jobs, retries, and dead-letter queues

JWT auth with refresh tokens, RBAC

Hetzner, Ubuntu, GitHub Actions

LLM orchestration across multiple model providers

REST APIs and webhook-driven third-party integrations Qualifications

Strong software engineering skills in our programming languages (Node.js and PostgreSQL.) You have designed schemas, not just queried them.

Strong full-stack engineer, comfortable owning something end-to-end without a spec





Experience with system design and architecture for scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based platforms, including databases, messaging, and microservices or modular services.

Familiarity with data processing, integrations, and third-party APIs commonly used in sales or marketing stacks (e.g., CRMs, outreach tools, analytics platforms).

Knowledge of DevOps practices such as CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and incident response in a cloud environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting, including ownership of projects end-to-end, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to iterate quickly on product features.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders and contribute to product strategy.

(Preferred) Prior experience in an early-stage startup, B2B SaaS, or revenue technology products is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.
