Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building structures and a solid understanding of various framing techniques. This role involves working with a variety of materials, including wood and metal, to create the framework for residential and commercial buildings. The Framer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics to ensure that all structures are built to specifications.

Responsibilities

- Construct and install framing for walls, floors, and roofs according to blueprints and schematics.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete framing tasks.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials as necessary while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

Skills





- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate construction execution.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and practices.
- Ability to operate power tools safely, including saws, drills, and nail guns.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during work shifts.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in office.
