POUTx is growing! We're a data-driven cosmetic injectables clinic in downtown Toronto (89 King St E), home of the ARCHITOX™, HydratedNOTinflated™ and FierceFACE™ methods. We don't guess — we measure, map and execute. We're looking for two bright, polished, and reliable Front Desk Concierges to join our team and deliver a standout experience to every client who walks through our door.

Perfect for Students! Great for students with days off during thr week wanting to get experience in the cosmetic injectables industry. We welcome applications from students at George Brown College, Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), or University of Toronto.

The Position

Our Front Desk Concierge is integral to our success. You are the first and last impression of POUTx — you set the tone before our injector ever picks up a syringe, and you're the reason a client leaves already booked for next time. You'll work independently and as part of a skilled team. We want people who have a positive attitude, who are honest, discreet, and excited to come to work as an important part of a larger team each day.

Two positions available

Two candidates that can work 2 of the following 4 shifts each: Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri 12:00pm – 7:30pm The Perfect Candidate:

- Discreet — you understand that what happens in the clinic stays in the clinic

- Service-minded — you find fulfillment in acting in the service of others
- Comfortable with numbers and conversations about pricing, packages, and rebooking

Day to Day Responsibilities Include:

- Greeting clients warmly and professionally, and owning the customer experience from arrival to checkout
- Managing the schedule: bookings, confirmations, waitlist, and rebooking every client before they leave
- Responding to phone, email, and DM inquiries and converting them into booked consultations
- Processing payments, deposits, packages, and memberships, and holding our cancellation policy
- Ensuring intake and consent forms are complete before treatment begins
- Handling client information with strict confidentiality
- Closing the clinic at end of day
- Problem solve / make recommendations
- Other tasks as required
