Spa Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time, Hourly)

Body Beautiful Day Spa Salon is looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Spa Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa.

Position Details:

- Part-time, hourly position
- By appointment only – working hours will vary based on bookings
- Tuesday & Thursday evening availability is required (3:00 p.m. until close). We accept appointments until 9:00 p.m.; however, shifts may end earlier if the final appointment finishes before then.
- Scheduled daytime shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays as needed between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Occasional Saturday availability is appreciated to help cover vacations or sick days.
- Pay: $18/hr retail commission opportunities

What You'll Be Doing:

- Be the face of the spa by greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience
- Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments with accuracy and assisting with rescheduling




- Stay connected by making outbound calls to confirm bookings and manage cancellations
- Help guests check out by processing payments for services and retail purchases
- Support our estheticians by booking follow-up appointments and assisting with cleaning & laundry duties
- Show off your social media skills by posting Instagram stories and helping promote the spa
- Keep things looking fresh by restocking and maintaining retail displays
- Be a key player by assisting with opening and closing duties

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a spa, salon, or wellness setting
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- A natural multi-tasker who stays cool under pressure
- Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Familiarity with social media and marketing is a big plus
- Availability to work wide-ranging hours based on bookings, including evenings and weekends
