About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist This unique role combines client service, digital marketing, and sales. You’ll be the welcoming face of our business while also supporting our online presence and helping clients discover the benefits of our laser hair removal services.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk / Reception Duties:

- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle appointment bookings
- Process client check-ins, check-outs, and payments
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Educate clients on our services and policies

Laser Hair Removal Sales Duties:

- Educate clients on the benefits and process of laser hair removal




- Answer questions and address client concerns with professionalism
- Recommend treatment packages tailored to client needs
- Upsell laser services during in-person and phone interactions
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert interest into bookings
- Track and meet monthly sales targets

Ideal Candidate:

- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with upselling and making confident product/service recommendations
- Social media savvy with a creative and proactive approach
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
- Prior experience in a beauty, spa, or aesthetic environment is a plus
- Knowledge of laser hair removal or a willingness to be trained
