Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The successful candidate will lead by example, support the front desk team, and assist management with the day-to-day operation of the hotel.

Duties

- Supervise front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee multi-line phone systems, answering inquiries promptly with professional phone etiquette
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservations and billing
- Train, coach, and mentor front desk associates
- Prepare staff schedules and assist with shift coverage when required
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and satisfaction
- Assist in administrative tasks including reporting,



audits, and cash balancing
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations

Requirements

- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality front desk operations with leadership responsibilities preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
- Strong phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of front desk procedures, guest services, and hospitality standards
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with hotel property management systems is considered an asset
