Key Responsibilities:
• Support students in identifying barriers to success
• Design pedagogically sound workshops for students
• Manage the Pharos 360 student alert system
• Create safety plans for vulnerable students
• Collaborate with external resources to ensure wellness
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant educational experience
• Experience in crisis response and support techniques
• Excellent multitasking and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license required for travel
