With approximately 13,000 employees in 60 countries, CHEP shares and re‑uses these assets to provide efficient, safe and sustainable supply‑chain solutions for its major customers.National Account ExecutiveKey ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with major national customers, aligning with CHEP’s strategic goals and driving revenue growth while meeting customer satisfaction targets.Collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans focused on growth, cost optimisation and sustainability.Lead high‑level negotiations and commercial tenders, securing favourable terms for both CHEP and the customer.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase incremental revenue and expand CHEP’s market presence.Conduct regular business reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with CHEP’s audit plan and accurate asset‑management records.Monitor account performance metrics (e.G., NPS, customer satisfaction) and execute action plans to improve outcomes.Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organisations, driving strategic initiatives and supply‑chain efficiencies.Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, value‑added services and solutions.Develop, align and execute multi‑year strategies to drive revenues and gross profits through collaborative business planning.Develop contractual agreements and strategic commercial terms,
ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems.Act as a subject‑matter expert supporting business processes that grow the organisation, while promoting sustainability and ESG principles.QualificationsBachelor’s degree.5–7 years of sales and account‑management experience in highly complex, strategic environments.Proven record of selling through cooperative commercial planning and large, complex agreements.Experience working in matrix, cross‑functional structures and complex business models.Expertise in supply‑chain operations, retail supply and commercial manufacturing.Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and value‑proposition development skills.Experience with ESG and sustainability training is a plus.Preferred: Bilingual in French; additional years of experience in high‑complexity sales environments.Salary & BenefitsBase pay range is $105,000–$130,000 annually. Compensation may include additional monetary incentives, business benefits and standard medical & retirement benefits.
