Knight Inlet Lodge is a 100% Indigenous-owned wilderness lodge located in the heart of the Great Bear Rainforest on the coast of British Columbia.

Guests from around the world travel here for exceptional wildlife experiences, warm hospitality, and unforgettable dining experiences. We are seeking an energetic, professional, and guest-focused Front of House Attendant to join our team for the operating season.

This is a two weeks in, one week out seasonal position where you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating welcoming, memorable experiences for our guests. As part of our Hospitality Team, you'll work closely with the culinary team and regularly interact with guests throughout the day in a cross-functional environment that values flexibility, teamwork, and outstanding service

As a Front of House Attendant, you will:

· Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests and staff

· Welcome incoming guests and confirm dietary requirements and allergies

· Set up, serve, and clean up lunch and dinner services

· Prepare and serve evening appetizers and bar service

· Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining room and bar

· Keep beverage, snack, fruit, and tableware stations fully stocked

· Monitor beverage, wine, and dining room inventory levels

· Communicate guest dietary requests and food allergies to the culinary team

· Perform evening lodge shut-down procedures, including identifying and addressing safety hazards

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times

What We're Looking For

· Previous restaurant, hospitality, food and beverage, or hotel experience

· Experience serving guests in a professional environment

· Robust interpersonal and communication skills

· A friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

· Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

· Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting supplies as required

· Serving It Right certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment) is considered an asset
