WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Build Custom Software Solutions

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web, mobile, cloud, and AI-powered applications.
- Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, analysts, and fellow developers to deliver tailor-made solutions

Build AI-Powered Solutions

- Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, automation workflows, and intelligent features into applications.
- Develop solutions using approaches like RAG, AI agents, and modern AI frameworks.
- Evaluate new technologies and choose the right tools for each project.

Connect Systems & Data

- Design APIs, integrations, and data workflows that connect business systems.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing solutions.
- Work with databases, cloud platforms, and up-to-date data technologies to support AI-driven applications.

Build and Improve

- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to testing, reviews, and technical discussions.
- Experiment, learn, and share new ideas with the team.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 5+ years building modern software applications
- Strong experience with at least one complete ecosystem (.NET, Node.js, Python, or equivalent).
- Experience building web, mobile, cloud, or distributed applications.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with modern development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures is required, along with broader AI development experience (LLM APIs, AI agents, or AI orchestration frameworks)
- Based in Montreal, with availability to work on-site 3x/week

Bonus points if you've worked with software architecture, DevOps, or data engineering.
