Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade banking applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital banking solutions while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Back-End Development

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).

Build and optimize database solutions using SQL technologies.

Develop secure, scalable, and resilient applications aligned with banking and compliance standards.

Integrate applications with internal and external systems through APIs and messaging frameworks.

Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Front-End Development

Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using ReactJS, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Implement reusable UI components and modern front-end architecture patterns.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive customer and employee experiences.

Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Integrate front-end applications with APIs and back-end services.

Collaboration & Delivery

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Work closely with Product Owners,



Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.

Contribute to application design discussions and technical decision-making.

Ensure adherence to security, governance, and software development best practices.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

Back-End

Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and API Security.

Experience with SQL databases and query optimization.

Front-End

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS.

Experience with state management libraries and component-based architecture.

Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Additional Skills

Experience with Git-based version control systems.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is an advantage.

Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

Nice to Have

Interest and willingness to work on AI-led initiatives and Generative AI solutions.

Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, LLM integrations, or AI-powered application development.

Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and intelligent automation solutions.

Understanding of data analytics and AI-driven customer experience enhancements.

Preferred Experience

5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or highly regulated environments.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
