As part of Community Living Greater Sudbury, you will empower individuals by locating appropriate services and determining their eligibility for programs.

Candidates should possess skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making. This role involves monitoring client goals and utilizing informed strategies to promote positive behaviors and skill development. Key Responsibilities:

- Locate services based on clients' needs and preferences
- Interview clients to assess service suitability
- Monitor eligibility for social service programs
- Provide consistent support in home and community settings
- Collaborate with teams to implement individualized plans Requirements:
- Class G Driver's License
- Developmental Services diploma or related field
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Covid-19 Vaccination preferred
