Company: Boeing Canada Operations Ltd.Position: Technical Service AnalystLocation: Ottawa, Ontario office – Canadian Chinook Medium‑to‑Heavy Lift Helicopter Program (MHLH).ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact to manage and track all CH147 Chinook helicopter technical requests concerning engineering support, non‑standard repairs, scheduled maintenance and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products/services in support of the fleet sustainment.Apply program‑level technical knowledge of engineering planning, supportability and scheduled maintenance to coordinate technical requests for the CH147 fleet.Identify and develop performance metrics; compare actual results to baseline plans to assess performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned.Review and staff engineering and supportability documents such as aircraft modifications, special inspections, engineering change proposals and dispositions.Utilize technical writing skills to develop and maintain engineering and airworthiness documentation and processes that support the MHLH program.Act as the primary focal point for coordinating all quality documentation for Engineering and Integrated Logistics teams.Perform project‑management and data‑management activities to maintain technical workflow for Engineering/ILS teams.Possess robust leadership, team‑building and communication skills and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.Perform assigned work with minimal direction and supervision; actively participate indetermining objectives of assignments,
developing project plans and schedules, and independently arranging activities to accomplish those objectives.Qualifications4+ years of technical maintenance related experience and/or a university degree in an applicable engineering program.Experience with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).Must be able to legally work in Canada.Eligible to handle U.S. export‑controlled data.Consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment.Eligible to obtain Secret Level II security clearance.Customer‑service mindset.Technical writing ability.Diplomacy.Teamwork skills.Problem‑solving skills.Initiative.Preferred Qualifications6+ years of aviation experience in maintenance and/or aerospace engineering.Knowledge of the Royal Canadian Air Force Technical Airworthiness Policy.Post‑secondary education.Metrics development experience.Active Secret II clearance.Other InformationPosition is 100% onsite; work must be performed at the Ottawa office.Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates must live inthe immediate area or relocate at their own expense.Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing U.S. payroll.Salary range: $95,400.00 – $116,600.00 CAD.Must obtain or maintain Secret Level II clearance from the Canadian government.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Conflict of Interest assessment applies.For further details on Canadian Controlled Goods and Public Service and Procurement Canada requirements, consult the related government webpages.#J-18808-Ljbffr
