- Supervise daily store operations in support of management
- Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
- Guide and train associates to ensure exemplary conduct
- Achieve sales targets and monitor store level KPIs
- Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with standards Requirements:
- CannaSell SK certification mandatory by first day
- High school and relevant vocational training completed
