The Support

Staff position at Stonehenge offers opportunities to develop vital skills across multiple programs, including Residential and Crisis Stabilization. You will support clients using evidence-based practices while ensuring their safety and wellbeing. You will also assist staff in maintaining therapeutic standards, creating a meaningful impact in clients' recovery journeys. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise residents during daily activities
- Provide mental health and crisis support
- Conduct wellness checks and monitor symptoms
- Facilitate crisis intervention sessions
- Support staff with administrative tasks Requirements:
- College Diploma or University Degree in relevant field
- Minimum six months of experience in mental health
- Previous experience in residential treatment preferred
- Valid G Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Standard First Aid/CPR certification Support client recovery and safety through compassion and structured care at Stonehenge.
