Join ʔAkisq̓nuk First Nation as a Terrestrial Biologist, focusing on environment stewardship and wildlife management. This role requires both fieldwork and office-based data analysis. Reporting to the Lands and Environment Manager, you'll bridge Indigenous traditions with ecological science.

This full-time opportunity emphasizes collaboration on conservation projects, fieldwork planning, and ecological monitoring for sustainable land use. You will also engage communities and prepare vital reports supporting environmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute comprehensive ecological monitoring initiatives
- Lead fieldwork for environmental surveys and data collection
- Analyze data for habitat and population management
- Prepare reports and facilitate stakeholder discussions
- Oversee environmental impact assessments Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology or allied science
- RP Bio status or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Solid data management and analysis skills
