- Manage on-call responsibilities including first calls and family communications
- Supervise and prepare the deceased with care and respect
- Coordinate and conduct funeral ceremonies in alignment with policies
- Negotiate contracts and manage legal documentation
- Facilitate interment and cremation arrangements Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrollment in a funeral service training program
- Minimum 6 months experience in a funeral home
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable record
