We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Gas Station Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume gas station. The ideal candidate will have 6?7+ years of experience managing a gas station, including experience working with Esso-branded locations, and a proven track record of leading teams, maintaining operational excellence, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all daily gas station operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business performance.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, fuel and merchandise ordering, stock control, and loss prevention.
- Handle cash management, daily deposits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and manage budgets while monitoring expenses and maximizing profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations.
- Monitor fuel inventory, pricing, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and operational efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational results.




- Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure the facility is well-maintained at all times.

Qualifications

- Minimum 6?7 years of experience as a Gas Station Manager, with experience managing or working at an Esso-branded gas station.
- Strong knowledge of gas station operations, inventory control, cash handling, budgeting, and financial management.
- Proven experience managing and leading a team.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and make sound operational decisions.
