Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. From now until mid October.Possible winter work running bobcat if have experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction or manufacturing tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Placing/picking up pylons.
- Filling and pouring 50 lbs slurry pails for to be squeegeed out.
- Operate hand tools/blowers/wire brush machines and torches safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment when necessary.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Working outdoors.When it’s raining or going too we can’t work.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A commitment to safety practices and procedures.
