Job DescriptionNorthland Properties is a Canadian‑owned hospitality group recognized for operating hotels, restaurants, resorts, and more. We are seeking a Hotel Night Auditor to conduct nightly audits, balance and consolidate departmental ledger accounts, prepare operating reports, and work the front desk during night shifts.Job RequirementsFluent in English and French (preferred)High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentCompletion of a two‑year apprenticeship program, or a college program in front desk operations or hotel management (preferred)Experience in all aspects of customer service and people managementStrong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices, and techniquesStrong working knowledge of accounting practices and principlesAbility to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutionsExceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skillsAbility to respond quickly in a agile and changing environmentAbility to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customersKnowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniquesAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writingThursday, Friday, Saturday availabilityDutiesMaintain inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignmentsRegister arriving guests and assign roomsAnswer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests’ complaintsCompile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts,
