You will be the key advisor on the institution’s emergency management programs, directing both operational and strategic planning efforts. Your leadership will foster a culture of safety and well-being throughout the Polytechnic. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct health, safety, and emergency management operations
- Develop department policies and performance metrics
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation
- Implement security and emergency procedures
- Serve as senior advisor during emergencies and crises Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in relevant disciplines; master’s preferred
- At least nine years in management roles
- Extensive experience in health and safety governance
- Tactical knowledge in emergency response strategies
- Certifications in risk management are an asset Lead innovative safety strategies that contribute to George Brown’s mission of education and community support.
