POSITION SUMMARY The Category Manager – Lighting Controls is the business owner of the company’s lighting controls portfolio in the Canadian commercial market. This role has full responsibility for category strategy, financial performance, roadmap execution, and market success to ensure profitable growth and competitive differentiation of the portfolio.





The Category Manager leads a dedicated product team and works closely with engineering, project management, sales, marketing, operations, quality, and technology partners to successfully develop, launch, and grow innovative controls solutions across Canada.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

CATEGORY STRATEGY AND PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

- Define and lead the category strategy for the Lighting Controls business to support portfolio growth, profitability, and competitive positioning.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio roadmap covering sensors, control systems, software platforms, emergency lighting controls, smart building adoption, energy efficiency requirements and any other connected solutions.
