As we scale rapidly, we are introducing theVehicle Detailerrole to ensure that vehicles meet Clutch’s high presentation standards before delivery. This role focuses on cleaning and preparing vehicles in our reconditioning facility so they are presented to customers in excellent condition. You’ll work closely with production teams, contributing directly to quality and delivery targets.What You’ll DoPerform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles,



including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing (measured by vehicle cleanliness scores and production completion targets)Follow standardized detailing methods to meet both quality and time targetsInspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any defects or areas requiring additional attentionUse appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and detailing techniques to achieve company standardsEnsure all detailing tasks are completed before vehicles proceed to the next production milestone or customer deliveryMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as neededOperate and maintain detailing equipment safely and efficientlyAdhere to workplace safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicalsKeep detailing bays and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazardsCollaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goalsWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario)Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractionsStrong computer skills and customer service skillsDetail-oriented with high attention to quality and consistencyPhysically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks,
