They must have the skills to adjust quickly to changing conditions both inside and outside the bus. The Shuttle Bus Driver must adhere to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission (AGLC) terms and conditions, maintain the utmost confidentiality at all times, and assist in maintaining excellent public relations and customer service with all guests and employees of the Resort & Casino.Directly responsible for getting the groups safely to and from the resort & casinoResponsible for the cleanliness of the shuttle inside and outEnsuring the shuttle is drivable and safe for the road before picking up customersPromote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber patron service to all internal and external patrons of the resort & casino while adhering to all rules and regulations set forth by the company.Using superior customer skills, welcome, meet and greet all guests, build working relationships accordingly, answer enquiries and provide information to deliver exemplary service levels at all timesRemain fully aware of the site’s operation and the amenities and services provided, along with promotions and marketing initiatives at all timesProvide assistance to guests and fellow employees as required while ensuring that all site, departmental and AGLC policies and procedures are being adhered toComply with security policies and procedures in order to secure company assetsMaintain a clean and safe work environment.
